Bret Davis was born in central Oregon in the very heart of northwestern cattle country where horsemanship defines the culture. Bret has started horses for every discipline from cutting and dressage to to the racetrack and worked on cow outfits from the Pacific to the Atlantic and from the Northern border all the way to the Patagonia. Bret started performance and ranch colts on contract for over 20 years and brings a unique standard to the art of horsemanship based on measurable qualities like balance, precision and efficiency. Bret rides and trains with the finished horse in mind and ties the art of horsemanship directly to the mental and mechanical soundness of the equine.
